Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with LLMs or applied ML systems.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic systems that real users depend on.
• Strong foundations in backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling and agentic patterns/architectures.
• Fluency in AI-assisted development workflows, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and refactoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship LLM-powered and agentic product features that impact customer finances.
• Build agentic AI systems that reason over context, invoke tools, take actions, and recover from failures.
• Architect and implement production-grade RAG pipelines over sensitive data with auditability and safety.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure: LLM services, agent orchestration, evaluation and monitoring tooling.
• Own production systems including reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes.
• Collaborate with product and design to focus on customer outcomes, not just technical execution.
