Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of professional software engineering experience or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Ownership of complex systems, workflows or platforms integrated with Expedia Group systems.
• Hands-on AI-enabled systems development, deployment, or operation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to discover high‑value AI opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
• Operate as a forward‑deployed technical leader across business units to drive adoption.
• Own end-to-end AI initiatives from discovery to production deployment and value realization.
• Translate business problems into measurable outcomes with data requirements and scalable AI systems.
• Establish and evangelize engineering standards across teams and ensure responsible AI.
