Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator II for the first shift (Day) in Hazleton, PA. You will safely operate high-reach and other equipment to receive, store, and fulfill orders while ensuring quality and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities include case picking, pallet handling, cycle counts, and keeping accurate storage locations. This role requires attentiveness, teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; minimum 6 months at least.
• Meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Able to operate powered complex material handling equipment including High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and components.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Navigate narrow aisles using wire guidance systems where applicable.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
