Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator II for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm) at Commerce Court. The role involves safely operating complex powered equipment to receive, store, and fulfill orders while ensuring product safety and quality.

You will perform cycle counts, navigate narrow aisles, and support distribution operations. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1+ year of powered equipment experience, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience with daily powered equipment operations; 6 months minimum.
• Operate powered material handling equipment safely (high reach, order picker, turret/mast, clamp, double fork).
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Able to work at extended heights and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform full case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Retrieve and put away pallets in narrow aisle bulk storage.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of transactions.
• Navigate narrow aisles using wire guidance systems where applicable.
• Load/unload pallets from trucks and conveyors.
• Maintain storage location accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and perform other duties as needed.
