FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. in Hazleton is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate complex material handling equipment and manage product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential duties include full case picking, pallet building and shipping preparation, with a strong focus on inventory integrity and OSHA compliance. 1+ year experience with powered equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations, preferred; 6-months minimum required.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate powered complex material handling equipment (High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, Double Fork Truck).
• Not afraid of working on equipment at extended heights.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Use of wire guidance systems for navigating narrow aisles where applicable.
• Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
• Sorting, building and wrapping products with pallets to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Adhering to OSHA safety rules.
