Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is hiring a Forklift Operator II to safely operate complex material handling equipment for product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to OSHA rules within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities include order picking, pallet build, and cycle counting while maintaining storage location accuracy and supporting other distribution tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations, preferred; 6 months minimum.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Able to operate High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck.
• Not afraid of working at extended heights.
• Strong sense of urgency and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines.
• Sorting, building and wrapping products with pallets.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by daily cycle counts.
