Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate complex powered material handling equipment, including High Reach and Order Picker, for product receipt, storage and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include picking, pallet handling, and inventory control while maintaining strict OSHA safety practices. The position requires teamwork and strong communication in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience operating powered equipment.
• Ability to operate High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Able to lift and work at heights in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle storage.
• Quality control to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Operate powered equipment safely in narrow aisles as applicable.
• Load/unload pallets from trucks and conveyors.
• Wrap and stack products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain storage locations with cycle counts and inventory tasks.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and company policies.
