Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, a leading third-party logistics provider, seeks a Forklift Operator II in Ogden, UT. The role centers on safe operation of high-precision material handling equipment for receipt, storage, and order fulfillment within a high-volume warehouse.

You will perform case picking, pallet moves, quality checks, and cycle counts while upholding strict safety standards and efficient, accurate processes. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6 months minimum required
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements
• Ability to operate powered complex material handling equipment (High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck)
• Not afraid of heights and working on equipment
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service driven
• Strong team player

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow-aisle bulk rack storage
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions
• Navigate with wire guidance systems where applicable
• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors
• Sort, wrap and palletize products for customer requirements
• Maintain storage location accuracy with daily cycle counts and inventory tasks
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules
• Perform other distribution duties as needed
