Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Ogden, UT is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate High Reach, Order Picker, and other complex equipment for receipt, storage, and order fulfillment. You will ensure product safety, quality, and accuracy across transactions.

The role involves pallet handling, cycle counts, and adherence to OSHA safety rules, with a regular Monday–Friday day shift. Prior experience with powered equipment and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6-months minimum.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Operate powered complex material handling equipment: High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp, Double Fork Truck.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage system.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Use of wire guidance systems for navigating narrow aisles where applicable.
• Loading and unloading of pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines, by hand or equipment.
• Sorting, building and wrapping products with pallets to ensure compliance with customer expectations.
• Maintain accuracy of storage locations by performing daily cycle counts and routine inventory maintenance tasks.
• Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need.
• Adhering to strict OSHA safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
