• Translate insights into executive decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead foresight across ecommerce, digital commerce, and customer care.
• Synthesize internal and external data to surface actionable insights for executives.
• Interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Managers to translate insights into solutions.
