• 7+ years in digital, product, or strategy roles in e-commerce/B2C
• Strong analytical instincts with data-backed business cases spanning years
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence
• Track record of developing strategies grounded in clear business objectives
• Deep familiarity with e-commerce consumer behavior and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with executives
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
