Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage the Conversion Optimization team within Retail Online Analytics.

You will guide a team of data scientists to optimize how millions of customers discover, explore, and purchase Apple products online, driving on-site engagement and conversion through rigorous experimentation. Qualifications

8+ years of digital analytics across web and app platforms.
2+ years leading a team of analysts or data scientists.
Proficient in SQL for large-scale data extraction and analysis.
Proficient in Python for data science workflows and ML workflows.
Deep understanding of e-commerce drivers: funnel, engagement, conversion, revenue.
Experience leading end-to-end A/B testing with statistical rigor.

Responsibilities

Lead site engagement and conversion analytics; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Manage and grow the A/B testing function with robust standards.
Deliver recurring and ad hoc dashboards and executive-ready reports.
