Apple Store Online is seeking an experienced, dynamic leader of Product and Program Management to join our team. This technical role bridges business, design, and engineering to deliver exceptional e-commerce experiences and customer value.

You will lead a high performing team focused on products that deliver significant commercial value, partner across Apple teams including Store Online, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Marcom and Engineering, and drive timely omni-channel experiences for

Qualifications

• 7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
• Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of shipping internet-scale services end to end — especially e-commerce platforms.
• Deep, hands-on technical fluency reading system designs and engaging with engineers on web technologies and cloud/data pipelines.
• Understanding of modern e-commerce platforms built on microservices, checkout systems, catalogs, and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team focused on products delivering significant commercial value for our organization and support strategic Apple initiatives.
• Partner with Apple Store Online teams, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Marcom, and Engineering to deliver timely omni-channel experiences.
• Deliver concepts from idea to launch and ensure ongoing operation of internet-scale services.
