Job summary

You will connect business, design, and engineering to deliver significant commercial value and seamless omni‑channel customer experiences. The role requires deep technical fluency, cross‑functional collaboration across Apple divisions, and a track record shipping internet‑scale e‑commerce platforms from concept through launch and operation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e‑commerce or consumer digital experiences.
• Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large‑scale service architectures, and app platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of shipping internet‑scale services end to end—from concept through launch and ongoing operation.
• Deep, hands‑on technical fluency: read system designs, evaluate trade‑offs, and engage with engineers on web tech, large‑scale distributed architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Working understanding of modern e‑commerce platforms — microservices, checkout, catalog/inventory, scalability and reliability.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team focusing on products delivering significant commercial value.
• Partner with Apple Store Online teams, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Marcom, and Engineering to deliver omni‑channel experiences.
• Establish and manage technical product roadmaps aligning business needs with technical feasibility.
• Build and lead a team for product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities.
• Communicate plans and status to partners and leadership.
• Hire and develop team culture and skills for sustained performance.
• Translate broad platform vision into sequenced, dependency-aware roadmaps.
• Stay hands‑on to remove roadblocks and keep the team moving forward.
