Job summary

Burford’s Construction LLC is seeking a working foreman with proven leadership and top climbing skills to manage electrical line clearance crews. You will enforce safety rules, schedule crews, train team members, communicate with customers, and ensure work is completed to contract specifications.

This position requires 1–2 years of experience, a valid driver's license (CDL preferred), English proficiency, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions, including overtime.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
• Must be safety conscious.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience with electrical line clearance operations.
• Strong leadership and climbing skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices following company policies.
• Efficiently schedule crews and assign their work.
• Lead, train, and coach team members on pruning techniques.
• Coordinate and inspect the work of crew members.
• Readily join storm restoration efforts in times of need.
