Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist III to monitor and process accounts in foreclosure. You will manage the end-to-end foreclosure workflow, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure deadlines and investor requirements are met.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration with the management team. The position requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 5+ years in foreclosure or mortgage servicing, with knowledge of Black Knight/LPS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Experience in law offices or mortgage servicing companies is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes pre-foreclosure reviews to refer loans for foreclosure per company requirements.
• Manages pipeline and ensures deadlines for foreclosure processes and related tasks.
• Maintains documentation and communicates with foreclosure counsel and attorneys.
• Ensures compliance with investor, insurer, and client requirements.
• Assists management in talent development and mentoring of junior staff.
