Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in foreclosure or mortgage servicing and strong MS Office skills, with attention to detail and good communication. On-site roles in Houston may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Experience in a law office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and processes accounts in foreclosure.
• Completes pre-foreclosure reviews and referral decisions.
• Manages deadlines for invoices, breach letters, and collection letters.
• Prepares reinstatement and payoff figures for attorneys.
• Maintains foreclosure invoicing and property preservation tasks.
• Communicates with foreclosure counsel and attends to documentation.
