The candidate should have high school completion, a college degree preferred, and 5+ years in foreclosure or mortgage servicing. Proficiency with Black Knight/LPS and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Experience in a law office or mortgage servicing company required.

Responsabilités

• Handle pre-foreclosure reviews to flag referrals for foreclosure.
• Manage deadlines for invoice approvals, referrals, and bidding instructions.
• Oversee property preservation tasks and inspections timelines.
• Prepare reinstatement and payoff figures for attorneys.
• Maintain a pipeline of foreclosure loans with investor/client requirements.
• Coordinate with foreclosure counsel and provide documentation updates.
