Job summary

Newrez seeks an experienced Foreclosure Specialist III to monitor and manage foreclosure accounts, coordinating with attorneys and vendors to ensure timely processing and adherence to investor, insurer, and client requirements. You will maintain detailed documentation and provide clear status updates while driving efficiencies in the foreclosure pipeline.

Responsibilities include pre-foreclosure reviews, bidding instruction preparation, and facilitating smooth operations across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Black Knight/LPS and Microsoft Office; SQL/Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage foreclosure accounts to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate with attorneys and vendors; provide required documentation and status updates.
• Prepare, review, and deliver bidding instructions and payoff information to attorneys.
• Maintain daily exception reports and ensure compliance with investor, insurer, and client requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and assist management in talent development.
