Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing, warehousing and inventory at a specific unit/location. You will implement best practices, drive process improvements and lead location purchasing teams.

Responsibilities include managing orders, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with culinary/operations to meet budgets. Strong MS Office skills and vendor forecasting are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related experience in purchasing/supply chain.
• Experience in supply chain or purchasing is desirable.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures for food, beverage and printing products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ordering systems.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key team and management on purchases.
• Work with operations and culinary teams to meet budgets and goals.
• Oversee inventory rotation and accuracy.
• Ensure timely placing of orders and update pricing lists.
• Manage deliveries and transfers with vendors and staff.
• Forecast items with vendors and address slow or dead stock.
• Provide opportunity buys for new menu items.
• Compile monthly reports.
