Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex customer programs for Food Service clients. You will drive cross-divisional coordination, ensure on-time delivery, and achieve financial targets while maintaining top-tier service and stakeholder engagement.

This remote role requires up to 25% travel to customer sites and manufacturing locations, with autonomy to manage RFPs, purchasing, production, and installation across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in consumer environments or Food Service programs.
• Experience managing large, complex, multidivisional programs.
• Background in wood, metal, and acrylic manufacturing environments preferred.
• Knowledge of architectural, interior design, and fixture development.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor preferred.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to analyze margins and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of large customer programs including RFPs, orders, and installation.
• Coordinate cross-divisional programs and senior-level customer engagements.
• Develop and manage project timelines; secure customer approvals and adjust as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams about scope and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts.
