Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a Project Director to lead major capital programs for Food & Beverage and Paper & Converting clients. Based in Green Bay, WI or any of our 33 locations, or fully remote within the United States, you will guide multi-discipline teams from concept through start-up, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.

The role requires deep capital project experience, travel 25-35%, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to shape execution strategies and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 15+ years of capital project experience leading multi-discipline teams.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex projects exceeding $10M+ in scope.
• PMI PMP certification and PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client interface for major capital programs, defining scope and managing relationships.
• Lead large, complex multi-discipline projects from concept through start-up with safety, quality, schedule and cost in mind.
• Provide executive oversight for internal teams, staffing strategies, and mentor project managers.
• Oversee project controls including scope, risk, scheduling, and cost management.
• Direct procurement and contracting strategies for major equipment and services.
• Partner with construction management for installation, commissioning, and start-up.
