Job summary

Foth is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex, multi‑discipline capital projects for Food & Beverage and Paper/Converting clients. The role involves shaping execution strategies, guiding multi‑discipline teams, and influencing senior stakeholders while traveling about 25–35% across the United States.

Base compensation is competitive with a potential bonus through the Earned Performance Incentive program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
15+ years of capital project experience leading multi‑discipline teams.
Experience managing complex projects exceeding $10M+ in scope.
Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence senior‑level stakeholders.
Program management experience overseeing multiple related projects within a broader capital program.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior client interface for major capital programs, defining scope and strategy.
Lead large, multi‑discipline capital projects from concept through start‑up.
Provide executive oversight for internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee project controls including scope, risk, schedule, and cost management.
Direct procurement and contracting strategies for major equipment, materials, and services.
Partner with construction management to support installation, commissioning, and start‑up.
Travel as required (approximately 25–35%).
