The role emphasizes scheduling, payroll verification, inventory control, and collaboration with kitchen leadership to uphold food safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. or related degree; or A.A. with four years in related field.
• Strong leadership and staff development experience.
• Experience in high-volume food production and catering trends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of production staff to prepare and deliver food.
• Maintain proper portioning, schedules and master production cycle.
• Supervise payroll and inventory; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with lead cook and FSD; participate in quality meetings.
• Ensure recipes, labeling and regulatory requirements are followed.
