Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Patient Services Manager to lead patient food service operations in a health system setting. You will supervise meal assembly, ensure dietary compliance, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Food Services Technology/Management or Dietetics, with 3+ years of acute or long-term care experience, and relevant certifications such as ServSafe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Food Services Technology/Management or Dietetics or related field.
• Three years of acute or long-term care experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in patient/resident satisfaction programs/activities.
• P&L accountability knowledge and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• RD/DT or CDM certifications preferred; ServSafe certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee patient food service needs per medical direction and contract.
• Plan and supervise patient food assembly and service.
• Ensure dietary restrictions are met and compliant with regulations.
• Comply with federal, state, and Joint Commission requirements.
• Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
