Job summary

Loews Chicago Hotel invites an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to join our team. You will assist the Director of Food & Beverage in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all outlet activities to ensure a superior dining experience for guests.

You will lead staffing, training, scheduling, and cost control, while ensuring adherence to Loews standards. The role requires visible leadership on the floor during peak service and close collaboration with culinary and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in hospitality/food service management is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of upscale food service operations.
• Two years of management experience in hotel or upscale food service.
• Certification as Food Service Manager or equivalent and ability to obtain it if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains outlet staffing levels to ensure optimal performance.
• Represents the Director of Food & Beverage in their absence.
• Ensures adherence to departmental policies and Loews standards.
• Oversees labor costs, inventory control, and service quality.
• Supervises outlet activities to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction during dining experiences.
