The Hershey Company is seeking a Part Time Food Service Steward to support Hershey's Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. The role focuses on cleaning, dishwashing, stocking, and assisting with basic food service tasks while upholding sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect and clean used dishes, plates, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines, ensuring all items are cleaned thoroughly.
• Hand-wash items, such as large pots, delicate china, and wooden cutting boards.
• Sanitize kitchen areas, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Organize and store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Maintain and keep track of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Assist Kitchen Staff with basic food preparation tasks and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Unload delivery trucks and stock merchandise on shelves.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
• Create and maintain eye-catching product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish items as needed.
• Verify the accuracy of shipments and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.25 or more based on experience

Minimum Age: 16 years of age or older

Availability: Team members should be available to work a mix of weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on operational needs.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: No formal education is required, high school diploma or equivalent is desired

Experience: Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role is beneficial but not always required.
