Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, operated by Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company, seeks a full-time culinary leader to direct and maintain food quality and presentation across the restaurant and banquets. The role involves training staff, managing inventory, and upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in Food & Beverage, an associate’s degree, and strong leadership. The position offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, 401K and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency.

• Order supplies and manage inventory; verify correct quantities and storage.
• Enforce sanitation and safety practices to meet Hotel and legal standards.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure recipes and yield guidelines are followed.
• Organize schedules and direct kitchen staff; cover line during service as needed.
• Create plating guides and training materials to ensure consistency.
