Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Full-Time Women's Utility Sr. Area Coordinator for Hershey's Chocolate World in Hershey, PA. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism in the Utilities Department.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. This position requires strong communication, physical stamina, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a neat appearance and meet uniform standards.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk or stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist.
• Ability to tolerate repetitive hand movements.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for employees at a location on proper processes and service standards.
• Coordinate training, productivity, and break schedules for respective areas.
• Make operational decisions to efficiently run a location.
• Assist with cleaning and annual cleaning projects.
