This senior technical authority collaborates with field operations, engineering, customers, and vendors to align fluid strategies with performance, safety, and financial goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, petroleum engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
10+ years in oilfield fluids, completions, drillout operations, or related fields.
Expertise in Aphron systems and freshwater drillout fluid technologies.
Proven leadership of technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development, implementation, and standardization of fluid systems, procedures, and training across all operations.
Serve as senior technical authority on fluid chemistry, hydraulics, hole cleaning, and drillout optimization.
Direct application and improvement of Aphron and freshwater drillout systems.
Lead optimization of drillout systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide technical leadership for complex operational challenges including lost circulation and debris transport.
Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry best practices.
