The position requires a high school diploma and proven supervisory experience; a BSc/BA in management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline is an advantage.
• Proven experience as supervisor or in a relevant role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in line with company plans and communicate them to subordinates.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties.
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback and coaching.
• Handle complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions when needed.
• Oversee training of new employees.
• Familiarity with field policies and safety guidelines.
