Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support branch sales and service across multiple South Carolina locations. You will build customer relationships, handle deposits and digital products, and refer opportunities to partners.

This float role requires travel to Florence, Darlington, Dillon, Hartsville and Lake City with mileage reimbursement. The candidate will need strong communication, customer service, adaptability and sales drive to meet individual and team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Telephone or in-person sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sales: achieve individual and team financial, production and relationship goals; engage with customers, prospects and referral sources
• Service Standards: foster partnerships and uncover sales or referral opportunities; respond to customer needs
• Operations and Administration: comply with regulations and bank policies; complete required training; ensure transactional accuracy and efficiency
• Travel: float position spanning multiple branches with mileage reimbursement
