Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. This float position requires travel to Bennetsville, Chesterfield, Bishophville, Pageland and Cheraw with mileage reimbursement.

You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach, handle deposits and payment solutions, and refer opportunities to bank partners as needed. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in branch banking operations or retail banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales: achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
