Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled Flight Test Engineer to lead development flight tests for the Fury UAS, coordinating teams across disciplines. You will drive test planning, execution, and reporting, working with DoD ranges and private facilities to ensure rigorous data collection and analysis.

You will collaborate with engineering to refine requirements, analyze results, and implement process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance with MIL standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in developmental flight test for aircraft, weapons, or missiles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience required.
• Experience as test conductor/director for developmental systems.
• Knowledge of aero/performance, propulsion, and electrical domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead development flight test activities for Fury UAS, incl. planning and execution.
• Coordinate ground and flight tests at private and government ranges.
• Collect data, perform initial analysis, and report results.
• Collaborate with engineering to derive requirements and gaps.
