Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of flight testing experience with autonomous or remotely piloted systems.
• Experience developing and executing test plans for complex systems under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with mission autonomy, unmanned systems, and integration of multiple assets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and diagnose system behaviors.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel and obtain/maintain clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Advance testing methodologies for mission autonomy systems to ensure robust performance.
• Design and implement test plans for autonomous systems across simulated mission profiles.
• Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to define test requirements.
• Lead end-to-end test management across programs and provide concise reports.
• Execute simulations that mirror real-world scenarios to accelerate testing.
• Coordinate with private and government test ranges for evaluation.
