Anduril Industries is seeking a highly experienced Flight Test Engineer for the Fury UAS development program. You will own planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of test activities across private and government ranges, working with cross-functional teams to drive robust developmental testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline; equivalent engineering experience acceptable.
• 12+ years as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missiles.
• Experience with developmental systems of manned/unmanned aircraft; test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Experience with aero/performance, loads/dynamics, propulsion or electrical domains.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-882E, MIL-STD-516C, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, AS5653.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level flight test activities for Fury UAS; plan, conduct, and report tests.
• Coordinate ground and flight tests at private and government ranges.
• Collect data and perform initial data analysis for the system under test.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop requirements and discuss results.
• Maintain safety and adherence to procedures in test operations.
