Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated flight test engineer focused on developmental testing of the Fury UAS. You will own planning, coordination, execution, and reporting across test programs, working with leadership and multiple departments.

The role requires extensive DoD-related test experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel for test planning and execution. A Top Secret clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or related technical discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
• Extensive experience as a test conductor/test director for developmental aircraft, weapon, or missile systems.
• Test planning, execution, and reporting for developmental systems (manned/unmanned).
• Knowledge of aero/performance, loads/dynamics, propulsion or electrical.

Responsibilities

• Lead development flight test activities for Fury UAS, focusing on planning, ground and flight tests, issue investigation, and process improvement.
• Coordinate with engineers, program representatives, and ranges for test events.
• Collect data and perform initial data analysis for the system under test.
• Develop requirements and discuss test results with engineering teams.
• Operate safely according to procedures and practices.
