Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of flight testing experience with autonomous systems.
• Ability to develop and execute test plans within tight schedules.
• Understanding of mission autonomy and unmanned systems integration.
• Strong data interpretation, diagnostics, and improvement recommendations.
• Proven collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel to testing locations and obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive testing methodologies for mission autonomy systems to ensure robust performance.
• Design and implement test plans across simulated mission profiles.
• Analyze test data to validate performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to define test requirements.
• Lead end-to-end test management and deliver concise reports.
• Execute and analyze simulations replicating real-world scenarios.
• Coordinate with private and government test ranges for evaluation.
