Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
• Experience with test planning, execution and reporting across DoD programs.
• Ability to understand and apply TE concepts across IPTs and system designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development test program planning, execution and reporting with minimal supervision.
• Focus on envelope expansion, flying qualities, vehicle autonomy, and operational testing environments.
• Ensure comprehensive flight test campaign execution across multiple test articles.
