Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Flight Test Engineer for Unmanned Air Vehicles. The role focuses on development flight testing of the Fury UAS, coordinating ground and flight test events, data collection, and initial analysis to drive requirements and design improvements.

You will lead a cross-functional team, work with DoD customers, manage test plans and reports, and ensure safety and compliance while traveling to test ranges as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline; equivalent engineering experience acceptable.
• 12+ years as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
• Experience with developmental aircraft or unmanned systems; test planning, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and report on the flight test program for Fury UAS.
• Lead teams of flight test engineers and program representatives at private and government ranges.
• Collect data and perform initial analysis; collaborate with engineering on requirements and results.
• Maintain safety and compliance with established procedures.
