Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Flight Test Engineer for our small UAS platform development. You will design and execute test plans for hardware and software, analyze results, and push improvements across electronics, avionics and propulsion.

The role requires independent problem solving and clear communication with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years in sUAS testing, a technical degree, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sUAS flight test engineering experience.
• Knowledge of the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules.
• Willingness to travel and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop approaches to achieve test & evaluation goals for a small UAS/quadrocopter.
• Lead/perfrom test planning, ground and flight testing, and data analysis.
• Support or lead in test procedures, measures of success, and process improvements.
• Comply with pre-employment screening requirements and security policies.
