Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of flight testing experience with autonomous or remotely piloted systems.
• Ability to develop and execute test plans for complex systems within aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with mission autonomy, unmanned systems, and multi-asset integration.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and recommend improvements.
• Proven track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to testing locations; ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening.
