• Experience developing and executing test plans for complex systems within aggressive timelines.
• Familiarity with mission autonomy, unmanned systems, and integration of multiple assets into cohesive operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data, diagnose behaviors, and recommend improvements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical challenges and solutions.
• Willingness to travel to testing locations and work flexible hours.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.
• Pre-employment and randomized substance screening as required.
