CCL, located at 670 Progress Road, Collierville, TN, is seeking a production supervisor to direct printing production department activities and lead a team toward on-time delivery and quality. The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and adherence to GMP/SOP policies.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, and process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1–2 years related manufacturing experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with GMP and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates printing production department activities.
• Recruits, hires, and trains new staff; oversees daily workflow.
• Provides performance evaluations and enforces policies.
• Maintains payroll time records and scheduling.
• Plans production operations to meet specs and delivery dates.
• Reviews production data to improve efficiency and costs.
• Ensures safety, GMPs and SOP compliance.
