Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and support a large group of hourly employees.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality items are complete and documented to standards.
• Operational Efficiency: Assist in Lean cost reduction and process improvement.
• Production Scheduling: Manage sequencing of work to optimize cell productivity.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate materials and logistics issue resolution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track cell performance and productivity metrics.
• Customer Service: Interface with customers to understand needs and ensure service quality.
