Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading teams.
• 3+ years in manufacturing supervision or management.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience.
• Crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams to increase productivity and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large group of hourly employees and drive process execution.
• Ensure all quality-related items meet established standards.
• Assist in Lean-driven cost reduction and process improvements.
• Manage sequencing of work and delivery to optimize cell productivity.
• Coordinate materials and logistics to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Monitor cell performance and productivity metrics.
• Interface with customers to understand needs and ensure service quality.
