Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Sumter, SC is seeking a Senior Flex Assembly Associate to join our team. The role involves wiring, assembling, and installing metal bus bars and switchboard components, following diagrams and blueprints.

Based at the Sumter facility, the position operates on a 2:00 p to 12:00 a shift, Monday through Thursday, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. Eligible for a variable incentive program, performance and safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates within 50 miles of Sumter facility will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Wire, assemble and install metal bus bars and other switchboard components from diagrams and blueprints.
• Communicate and work with team to meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity goals.
• Complete wiring and bus assignments in alignment with production schedules in a flexed shift.
