Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Flex Assembly Associate for the Sumter, SC facility. The role involves wiring and assembling metal bus bars and switchboard components according to diagrams, with a 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. shift Monday–Thursday.

The position pays $23.00 per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing or operations experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Wire, assemble and install metal bus bars and switchboard components from diagrams and blueprints.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accurate assembly.
• Follow safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
• Identify part shortages and communicate issues promptly.
• Support process improvements and root-cause analysis.
