The ideal candidate has 6+ years in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, and strong collaboration and proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and troubleshooting safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams and connector pinouts.
• Understanding of hardware and software systems architecture and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for sensor-related fleet issues.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through log review to identify and resolve fleet issues.
• Develop, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides for technicians.
• Perform hardware bring-up and validation for new sensor components (LiDAR, radar, cameras).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tooling and improve issue detection capabilities.
