Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years in transportation, aerospace, autonomous vehicles, or similar tech environment.
• Experience with perception systems, sensors, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and pinouts.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for real time escalations involving sensor related fleet issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis via vehicle and system log reviews to resolve fleet issues.
• Develop, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides for Vehicle Technicians.
• Perform hardware bring up and validation for sensor components (LiDAR, radar, cameras).
• Design diagnostic procedures to improve troubleshooting and data integrity.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve tooling and issue detection.
• Provide onsite technical support and travel within the United States as needed.
• Document findings, resolutions, and recommendations for improvements.
